PAYMENT

We offers payment methods via bank transfer (BCA), or credit card (visa and master card). For security reason, you have 48 hours to complete the payment for the order to be processed.

SHIPMENT

Shipping rates are calculated directly from JNE and will shown upon checkout. The product will be send out maximum 3 days after the payment is received. Delivery within Indonesia takes approximately 2-6 working days.

We do not accept International shipping through our website for now. All international orders can be made through email to admin@charistabali.com by mentioning the products and your complete shipping address. We will calculate the total complete with the shipping rates and send the the invoice via Paypal. International orders are delivered via UPS using flat rates.

JEWELRY CARE

Unless otherwise stated, items range are 92,5 sterling silver or covered with a layer of 18ct gold. Care should always be taken to protect the layer from being worn away or scratched. Storing your jewelry in individual, air-tight bags can help reduce or prevent it from tarnishing. Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure and other atmospheric elements. Avoid your jewelry coming into contact with moisture such as perfume, water, and body lotions.

REPAIR SERVICE

Charista Bali is happy to help with any reconditioning requests due to natural wear, your jewelry may need to be professionally polished, repaired, reconditioned, or reset. Please email admin@charistabali.com for a quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns and refunds in all orders. Exchanges are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 5 days and MUST include its original packaging, and a receipt of purchase. Please contact admin@charistabali.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for exchange and we will then issue you a quote. 

In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number) involved for returning the item.  Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
